About me
Passionate about creating positive change, I specialize in program management, cross-cultural collaboration, and organizational leadership. At Serve the City Paris (STCP), I lead initiatives that empower refugees and marginalized communities, supporting their integration into French society and fostering inclusion.
I manage French and English Language & Culture Exchange programs and train refugees to become active volunteers—building their confidence, connections, and sense of belonging.
Alongside my humanitarian work, I’ve led numerous CSR events as a speaker and workshop facilitator, gaining hands-on experience in inclusive corporate social responsibility. I’m especially interested in partnering with multinational companies to drive impactful, community-centered CSR projects in developing countries.
With diverse experience, from assisting the Afghan Ambassador in Cairo to coordinating at the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies. I bring strong organizational and leadership skills across sectors including humanitarian aid, research, international relations, and CSR.
Fluent in Persian/Farsi, Pashto, Arabic, English, and French, I build meaningful connections across cultures and communities. I’m open to opportunities in program management, partnerships, CSR, or leadership roles, where I can contribute to more inclusive and sustainable change.
